Helium life jackets are known in the wakeboarding community as the most fully featured life jackets in the world. Helium, formerly NEVIN, has been making improvements each year to maintain the reputation of its products as the top of the line. Helium life jackets are for wakeboarding, water skiing, or other extreme sports where you need additional protection. Helium Wakeboarding jackets have a line for women, men, USCGA, and non-uscga, molded neoprene jackets for protection on hard landings. Helium is the only brand that puts special internal features for each type of of jacket such as additional buoyancy padding in the USCGA line, additional back support bracing in the FLAK and SWAT style jackets, patented hidden hinge access, and other features to allow freedom of motion in USCGA jackets, and many other features.

*Release of liability regarding non-compliant jackets: A jacket that is not US Coast Guard Approved, non-USCG, means that the garment is not a Life Jacket. This garment is not approved by the U.S. Coast Guard, Canadian Department of Transportation, or any other agency making official approvals of flotation devices. No express or implied warranties are made concerning its use of merchantability.

This garment cannot be considered a safety jacket of any kind and is not designed to protect the user from impact. It should be worn only by experienced wakeboarders engaged in competitive wakeboarding where safety factors such as patrol boats and pickup boats are actively present, and the wakeboarder is under constant observation.

This garment should not be worn by anyone who cannot swim. The buoyancy factor and its distribution in the jacket is not sufficient to float a conscious or unconscious person in a "face out of water position".

Injury or drowning could occur while wearing this garment. Wear this garment at your own risk.

"Manufacturer and or retailer" shall not, under any circumstances be liable for loss of use or any consequential damages sustained by the Customer. All other warranties expressed or implied, and remedies with respect to the condition or use of the product, which might otherwise be provided by law in any jurisdiction, are specifically excluded.
